How to book a charter flight

Scheduling a charter flight couldn't be easier. A simple phone call to our charter department will ensure your flight is booked and ready for departure at your convenience.

We have a fleet of different type aircraft to meet any need. The size of your party and your destination will usually be factors in determining which aircraft would serve you best. We quote rates for your flight based on the aircraft best suited to meet your needs.

We have aircraft that will accommodate up to eight passengers.  Our jet aircraft are capable of flying non-stop to either the east or west coast. Our turboprop aircraft will make the shorter trips more economical.

All of our aircraft are stocked with your choice of refreshments and snacks. Catering is optional, and usually involves delicious sandwich trays and a selection of fruit. Hot catering is also available.

Planning your charter

Use this short checklist to organize your thoughts concerning your travel plans before you make charter reservations with us:

• Where do you want to go? You now have access to over 5,000 airports nation wide. We can assist you in determining which airport at your destination will serve your needs best. You only need to provide the location of your final destination.
• When do you need to travel? Which day and what time would you like to arrive at your destination? We can assist you in determining your departure and arrival times.
• How many people? Knowing the number of people in your party will allow you to determine which aircraft best suits your needs. Passenger manifest. The names and approximate weight of each passenger and their luggage is an important item in determining the best airplane for your flight.
• Return date/time. You have complete control of your schedule. Departure and return times are scheduled at your convenience.
• Catering. In-flight meals are available with each flight request. Simply determine what your passengers would like during the flight and we will arrange it.
• Ground Transportation. At your request we can arrange ground transportation at your destination according to your needs.
